Build the layout and scenes in Vision. Save and copy the overlay output URL.

Connect each OBS instance
Add that output URL as an OBS Browser Source in every setup that needs the overlay. Check your plan's simultaneous instance limit.

Invite editors or moderators and assign permissions. A moderator can update a score without receiving full layout access.

Check every OBS view, test an update from the team, and confirm each connected instance shows the intended scene before going live.

Common questions
Does every teammate need to rebuild the overlay?
No. The production shares one Vision overlay. Add its output URL to each OBS setup, then control who can edit or operate it through Vision permissions.
Can a moderator update only a score?
Yes. Vision has a score permission so a moderator can change scores without receiving full overlay editing access.
How many OBS instances can connect?
The current comparison lists one for Free, three for Basic and unlimited for Pro. Check the live pricing table before planning a production.
