Lobbies: Invite Streamers and Collect RSVPs

Plan a lobby

   Open Lobbies

   In the dashboard sidebar, click Lobbies, then Plan new lobby.

   Describe the event

   Enter a Title and a Description (up to 300 characters), and pick the Game, or choose Custom for events that aren't a game.

   Set the dates

   Choose the Event start, the Event end and the RSVP Deadline. The deadline has to be before the start.

   Limit participants

   Set how many people can confirm under Participants.

   Save and share

   Click Save, then Copy invitation link and send it to the people you want to invite.

Lobby settings

Times are shown in German time (CET/CEST). Shortly before the deadline the lobby can no longer be edited.

Who can join

By default, anyone with the invitation link can join until the participant limit is reached. With Pro, you can switch to a Guestlist so only people on the list can accept.

Guestlist

You can invite more people than the lobby allows; the participant limit decides how many can actually accept. Sync max participants with guestlist matches the limit to the list.

Schedule

Add schedule entries with a type (Event or Custom), a title and an image so participants know the plan for the day.

YouTube Video

With Pro, add a YouTube video to the invitation page, for example a trailer or rules explainer.

What invitees see

Invitees open the link, log in with Twitch and respond. Once the deadline has passed, nobody can join or change their answer.

• Confirm to take a spot
• Decline if they can't make it
• Sign up as Backup when the lobby is full
• Add the event to Google Calendar or subscribe to the Vision Lobbies calendar feed

Track confirmations

Open your lobby to see who Confirmed, Declined or signed up as Backup. The overview shows how many spots are taken.
